All Keepsake puppies visit out Veterinarian at 7 1/2 weeks of age for their well visit, and fecal. We use Willow Creek Veterinary Service, Animal Clinic Northview and Soehnlen Veterinary Clinic  for their exams and a fecal is sent out or done in the Vets office, to test for any common parasites.  Below is the form or a very similar one that is filled out by the vet for each individual puppy. All reproduction, emergency and specialized care is provided by Animal Clinic Northview. Vaccines and microchips are given by one of our vet or ourselves.
