All Keepsake puppies visit out Veterinarian at 7 1/2 weeks of age for their well visit, first vaccination, microchipping, and fecal. We use Fulton Animal Hospital in Canal Fulton, the puppies see Dr. Stewart for their exams.  Below is the form that is filled out for each individual puppy.  Please feel free to contact our Veterinary Staff for references if you would like,  just ask for Mary Ann, Stefanie, Carrie or Cory.
